Choosing When to Send

First, you'll want to select the frequency for sending out the campaigns. This determines how often the auto campaign checks for new contacts and sends out review requests.


Example Schedule

For example, you might choose to send the campaign once a week on Mondays at 12:00 AM. This means every Monday at midnight, the system will automatically send review requests to any new eligible contacts.


Finding the Right Rhythm

The best frequency depends on your business. Weekly works well for most businesses, but you can adjust based on how often you add new contacts. Too frequent might feel spammy; too infrequent might mean missed opportunities while the experience is fresh in customers' minds.


Consistency Matters

Whatever frequency you choose, the consistency of automatic sending helps ensure no new customer falls through the cracks. Every eligible contact gets their review request without you having to remember to send it.
