GEO Agent

Turn Your Reviews Into Website Content

The GEO Agent automatically writes articles for your website based on the reviews your customers leave you. Instead of letting all that great feedback live only on Google, the agent turns it into fresh content on your own site, helping you rank higher in local searches and attract more customers to your business.

Setting Up Your GEO Agent

Open the Setup tab inside the GEO Agent to choose how your articles will be written. You decide the tone of the writing, such as Formal or Casual, and the length of each article, from short to long. You also pick how often a new article should be created, for example once a week, and the language it will be written in.

Personalizing the Look and Feel

You can choose the font that will be used when your articles are published, so the style matches your brand. You also pick the image generation style, such as Photorealistic, which controls the look of the visuals the AI creates to go alongside each article. If there's anything specific you'd like the AI to keep in mind, you can add your own guidance in the Additional notes field. When you're ready, click Save to apply your settings.

Auto-Approve and Social Sharing

At the bottom of the Setup page you'll find two optional toggles. Auto-approve generated articles automatically publishes new articles to your blog without any manual review, while turning it off lets you check each article before it goes live. Share on social media automatically posts every published article to your connected social channels. You can switch each option on or off independently, depending on how much control you want over what gets published and shared.

The Feed: Reviewing Planned Articles

After your setup is complete, every new article the GEO Agent creates appears in the Feed tab marked as planned. Each planned article stays in the feed for 24 hours before being published, giving you time to decide what to do with it. If Auto-approve is disabled, you'll see a "Don't publish this article" button on each planned article, allowing you to reject it before it goes live. If Auto-approve is enabled, the article is published automatically once the 24-hour window ends, with no action needed from you.

Hiding a Published Article

Once an article is published, an eye icon appears in the top right corner of the article card, next to the edit and open in browser icons. If at any point you decide you no longer want a published article to be visible on your website, simply click the eye icon to hide it. The article will be removed from your live blog right away, while still remaining in your feed in case you want to bring it back later.

Configuration: Where Your Blog Is Published

The Configuration section is where you decide the address your generated articles will live on. You have two options: a default domain that's ready to go, or your own custom domain.

Your Default Domain

When your blog is generated, it's automatically available under a pre-built domain we provide. This means you can start publishing right away with zero setup, and everything works out of the box.

Using Your Own Custom Domain

If you'd prefer your blog to live under your own domain, like www.yourbusiness.com, you can easily set that up. The process is simple: you just need to add a CNAME record in your domain provider's DNS settings pointing to the address we give you.

Setting Up a CNAME Record

From the GEO Agent, go to the Configuration tab and open the Custom domain section, where you'll find clear instructions and the exact address to use for your CNAME record. Then head over to your domain registrar, such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare, open your DNS settings, and add a new CNAME record using the values shown. Once the DNS finishes updating, which can take up to 48 hours, your blog will be accessible through your custom domain.

Why Use a Custom Domain?

Having your blog under your own domain looks more professional and builds trust with your customers. It also makes your website easier to find and remember. If you're serious about your online presence, a custom domain is a must.
